Payment: Esos Hotel Quelle will collect the payment of the total amount from the guest at the time of booking.
Refund/Cancellation: Direct booking is fully refundable if cancelled 3 days before your arrival by 16:00. If cancelled past the free cancellation period or failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be regarded as a No-Show, no refunds will be given.
Group: Group bookings (more than 2 rooms) can be canceled free of charge 7 days before arrival.
After the free cancellation period has passed, guests will be charged 100% of their stay.
